For property management

Challenges

Property teams need to monitor building conditions, retrieve visitor records for enquiries and assign follow-up work to the right staff.

Advantages

  • See what needs attention

Receive alerts from configured building sensors to identify conditions that need attention.

  • Review visitor records

Look up visitor registration and access records when following up on an enquiry.

  • Coordinate staff follow-up

Allocate follow-up tasks through work order management so staff know what needs handling.

For residents

Challenges

Residents need to arrange access for themselves and visitors, book shared facilities and keep up with building notices.

Advantages

  • Simpler entry

Use mobile access at supported entrances and facilities.

  • Convenient bookings

Check available times, reserve facilities and make payments.

  • Stay informed

Find building notices and service updates in the resident app.

Entrance & lobby

Resident entry. Visitor access, on your terms.

Residents can use their app QR code or a supported resident card to enter the building. Temporary visitor passes let guests arrive within the access times set for them.

At the entrance, a visitor panel supports self-registration and video intercom calls. Residents can speak to their visitors and remotely release the door through the app.

Mail & parcels

Know when it arrives. Collect it yourself.

Delivery notifications let residents know when mail or a parcel is ready. They can use QR access to collect from a connected mailbox or parcel locker.

The collection experience depends on the mailbox or locker installed. We connect the hardware with the resident app to suit the building’s delivery arrangements.

Elevator

Connect the entrance to the right floor.

Building access credentials can also control permitted-floor access. Residents and authorised visitors use their assigned permissions when taking the lift.

We assess the existing lift equipment and configure the integration around the building’s access rules. Available controls depend on the installed lift system.

At home

Building services, in the resident’s hands.

The Smart Property app brings building notices and everyday services together. Residents can read e-notices, check management-fee bills and make payments through the configured services.

The same app provides access credentials and visitor functions, so residents can handle these tasks without returning to the management office.

Clubhouse

Choose a time. Book, pay and enter.

Residents check available facility time slots, make a reservation and complete payment. Their app QR code provides entry during the booked period.

For suitable facilities, lighting can be connected to booking or usage rules. This is a configured IoT integration, planned around the equipment and operating needs of the clubhouse.

Car park

Bring vehicle access into the building system.

Connect compatible vehicle-entry equipment with the property’s access arrangements. A configured car park solution can include number-plate recognition and barrier control.

EV charging integration is planned separately around the chargers, payment requirements and site infrastructure. We assess these needs before defining the installation.

Management office

See what needs attention. Coordinate the response.

IoT sensors can report building conditions and equipment alerts, including lift-shaft water detection where configured. AI CCTV supports monitoring of common areas and detection of selected events.

Staff can allocate follow-up work through work order management. Sensor types, camera coverage and detection rules are agreed for each property.
