Installation starts with assessing your site, existing equipment and integration requirements to agree the scope and schedule. For access control, the work may include readers, controllers, power connections and integration with door hardware.
Please share your site layout, existing hardware and system details, and the workflows you need. Network coverage, power, installation space and building-management requirements also need to be checked against the proposed equipment.
Visitors can register at a self-service kiosk or with staff assistance using a handheld device. Temporary QR codes can have a validity period, entry limits and permitted floors or areas. The solution also covers printed visitor badges and visitor logs in the staff app.
Smart Lift supports QR code or Octopus access to specified floors, along with Bluetooth lift calling. The proposed configuration must be assessed against your building’s lift system and agreed integration scope.
E-Billing automatically generates and sends monthly management-fee invoices, with notifications in the resident app. Residents can view or download invoices and pay online; the payment configuration is confirmed for your project.
Residents can open their mailbox with a QR code or Octopus and receive a notification when mail arrives. Smart Mailbox covers mailbox access and received-mail notifications; parcel-locker requirements need a separate discussion.
Smart Car Park supports monthly and hourly parking, licence-plate recognition, and centralised records of entry, exit and parking duration. EV charging payment integration can be included as an optional part of the project.
AIoT connects sensor and AI CCTV events to work orders and staff-app notifications, including events such as lift-shaft flooding. The installed devices and configuration determine the monitoring and follow-up workflow. Monitoring does not itself provide automatic safety intervention.
You can discuss on-premises deployment with us for your project. We need to assess the selected products and server environment, and agree who will handle updates, backups and ongoing support.

IoT lets physical devices exchange commands and records with software. An access reader can check a credential, for example, while a sensor can report an event for staff to follow up. The connected devices and system configuration determine which functions are available.
User and administrator permissions, authentication, encrypted connections and access restrictions should be reviewed for your selected software, devices and hosting environment. The project documentation should specify the included controls, configuration and maintenance responsibilities.
Some functions may be unavailable while a controller is offline; behaviour varies with the controller, access method and configuration. For your proposed setup, confirm which functions remain available, how permissions work and how records synchronise after reconnection.
The chosen deployment needs agreed availability targets, backup frequency, data retention and recovery procedures. Include any SLA or specific recovery requirements in your brief so the coverage can be assessed and documented.
